So last night, Miss B. and I had dinner at a Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant. It was quite good, but by the time I got home, I felt more full than when I stopped eating. I think the wheat gluten expanded in my stomach. We had 3 things, and it was too much food, Miss B. took the sandwich home and is going to test the chicken on her brother. It looked freakishly like real meat.

Red Bamboo is on West 4th street, between MacDougal and 6th Ave.
