| I'M MOVING This Xanga name was appropriate for high school maybe.. but its irked me for the last two years and I finally got around to making a new one. I know I'm going to lose 80% of my subscribers in this move but thats ok with me. As long as I keep my faithfuls :). My new xanga will be less superficial, I promise. | First Snow I went up to Tahoe with a few friends this weekend at the tail end of a storm that dumped 2+ feet of snow and let me tell you, it was so much fun. We went to Heavenly the first day and Kirkwood the next. They both have 2-3 lifts running with a few blue trails open. If you're wanting to head up for some early season snow, I would suggest Kirkwood. They have one black run open, and the blues they have are a lot of fun. In any case, I've skied for 17 years now and never owned a pair of skies. Until now. I am the new owner of a pair of these. Pretty sexy, no?  |

| My dilemma these days - Do you bring the failed cookies to the office to share with your coworkers? Almost everything I make has a catch - I either added too much flour, baked for too long, didn't make it sweet enuogh... etcetcetc. The list of mistakes gets longer each time. | I'm sorry guys, I'm just so excited. Its supposed to rain this week so a couple of us are taking a trip to Tahoe this weekend. Just the thought of it. The drive through the dark early morning. Coffee, breakfast sandwhich in the car. Bundles of jackets, goggles, ski gear thrown around the car. The big bill boards you pass as you near Sac. Then the first sight of SNOWWWW. Getting there, clomping around, buying tickets, hitting the slopes, warming up over chili-fries and burgers, back to the slopes... flying around on skis.... whoosh slush clump clump Top it off with great company, great jokes, great stories to be told. "Falling leaf" "All day Cuddle" "Assassin" Ohhhhh BOY O BOY. I'm excitedddddddddd!
