I'M BACKFinally after so long i tot i should start blogging. One of the reasons is just to deny tai uei having the damn joy that he was right. But than again it's been quite long since i said that i would blog. Though of starting a little burger story. But i guess that can wait. Burger flavour of the day - CURRY! Tomorrow's menu.......burger with it's natural sauce from da meat.
Just had my banana rice with curry mutton and fried sotong. Yummy but i think i overate. Yes ppl u read it right. I overate. dunno if i can still run later on the pitch. Sunday....my super fit day where i play soccer from 4.30 - 6.30 and then futsal from 8-10. I thought i would quit this after like 2 weeks 'cos my body will be super haram by then. But it's been like a month already and I'm just feeling fitter. Yup getter fitter, but not thinner.
Status of fitness level:
1st week - Football survived one half. Futsal for 2 hours.
2nd week - Football for 5 minutes. Futsal for 1 1/2 hours. (blaming on blood donation)
3rd week - Football for 45 minutes. Futsal for 2 hours.
4th week. Football for the whole match. Futsal for the whole 2 hours.
Football aside i been busy this weekend with some proposal to do. To make it worse the email seems to be down today. It's freaking delaying my schedule. If this keeps up i think i might go to Gebeng, Kuantan again. Anyone wanna follow me up? |
