the end of a long weekend

Well today is almost over. I woke up feeling like poop! I knew I was gonna get something bc my 1st graders were dropping like flies. I got up and got ready to go to church with Adam's family this morning. They did this little play like thing at the service. We then went and hung out with his whole family for an early Easter dinner. I love that they celebrate everythign like a week ahead of time...its oso nice bc it doesnt conflict with my familys stuff! I love it.

I didnt feel real well the whole time and fell asleep twice..and then we left there at around 3:00. Adam took me to Wally world to get some medicine and tissues. I love him! And then I had to get ready and go to work. I have like 10 minutes left on my shift tonight. I was supposed to stay til 12 but I am leaving as soon as Charlie gets here at 11:30. I need that littel extra sleep.

I did get a lot of work done though tonight. I did four of the lesson plans for our unit. I couldn't do one bc I dont have the book for it. I need to go see my science teacher on Tuesday.

I just talked to my block partner and we decided to get most of our work done on Tuesday. WE are making a whole day and night devoted to getting all sorts of stuff done. :). I love him as a partner. He hoenstly is one of my very best friends. I dont know what I would do without him!

I just got done watching Coyote Ugly! I think that could possibly be one of my favorite movies!

Well I better get going bc Charlie just pulled in! Until tomorrow....

the weekend

Well yesterday was a fun day. School was easy. The whole day flew by pretty fast.When I got back home from teaching 1st grade my Adam James was already at my apt. My new phone came a few minutes after I got home too! I got everything programmed and now I just have to figure out how to turn her on.  Then me and Adam went to his parents house for a wonderful chicken dinner. I honestly love his family. His dad is a big goofball..and his mom is soo nice to me. I really feel like part of the family when I'm there. :)

Then we came home and relaxed and went to bed :). Now we are heading to my moms house. I have to do a few things at home including buying a suit. We will see how it all goes. I just cooked Adam some breakfast in bed and am tryin to gethim to get up and get ready. I'm bored and want to get home! :)

Easy Day

Well today was okay. I had a doctors apt. at 8:30. That went well! :) Then I had to go the whole way to Dubois by myself this morning. My first graders were sooooo cute. It was such an easy day. The kids were doing progress monitoring in reading so they had independent work to do all afternoon. Dustin and I got to get some work done. I absoultely love him as a block partner...the days are soooo fun!

We decided to do a unit on pollution. We came up with some really good ideas! It kinda sucks bc our teacher doesnt like giving up control of her classroom AT ALL. She pretty much just gave us two days at the end of the last week we are there for us to teach what we need to teach. This block is too easy bc she doesnt really want us to do much. I'm not worried about it though bc I know that I could do everything she is doing and more all by myself anyway. It's kinda nice to not stress everyday! :)

I get to see my Adam James tomorrow. :) He should be in Clarion about the same time that I get back from teaching. Tomorrow is going ot be a really easy day again bc the kids are being tested. Dustin and I are going to get a good start on our lesson plans.

Stressed

I swear I get myself all worked up over absoultly nothing. I love it! Not really :(. I feel lazy today bc I didnt really do very much. I went and bought a tanktop, got a salad for dinner and then layed around and watched tv and looked up things for units.

Its not like I dont have a unit for my 1st grade...I have like 5 and non seem perfect. I dont know how to explain it. My brain is strange LOL. Any advice?

I'm also kinda tired but want to stay up and watch this show on tv. I hate when that happens too. I just really want this semester to be over. I know that sounds horrible but when its over then that means this unit, finals, praxis, and placements will be over. My life will be looking good! :) Not to mention...I hate living in a house with someone I would do almost anything for...but not be able to look her in the eyes. I just need out of the situation! It's a shame that I only have 6 weeks of living with a girl that I considered my best friend for so long...and about 2 weeks ago i cried thinking that I wouldnt live with her again...and now i just want to be far away. Sad...

Well thats enough depressing stuf for tonight..Until tomorrow...

Nice weekend...off and on

Well this weekend went by way way to fast...

Friday I had to teach all morning at the first grade. I got back to my apt and had to run and get Adam James from his house bc his best friend picked him up from Penn State and he didnt have his car. We were heading home to do some errands and to see mom and Dave. Mom pissed me off bc she made me feel bad about not getting home earlier...even though there was nothing I could do about it. When we got home we went out for chicken wings and pizza. It was a good time. I looked through their pics from Jamaica. They were so pretty...but there was only like 2 pics of mom and dave actually on the camera there...and moms head was chopped off. She hates the camera.

Adam and I then left Cheeks and went to Monroville so we could go to Verizon and Best Buy. My phone has been shutting off randomly and we discovered the bottom plate was broken! They are ordering me another one and I have to go home next weekend to pick it up!Then we went to Best Buy bc Adam dropped my BRAND NEW digital camera at a party and the inside screen shatterd...We werent even drinking alot. It just slipped! But the Best Buy guy said that we have a good chance at getttin a new one for free bc there were no drop marks...so I guess we will have to see! I was hoping that they could just give me a new on ethere... but that might take up to 2 weeks. I hope just one so that I can pick it up when I get my phone....

We then traveled back up to Clarion and went to bed. Saturday we went and rented movies with his little sister Julie. I love her but shes been getting into soooooo much trouble lately. They are thinking about sending her to boarding school b4 its too late. She just has really bad friends and the type of personality that she wants to be cool so she is who u want her to be...and thats scary!

We watched Bowling for Columbine...i cried alot! But then we went and hung out with Adam's parents...whom i love...and then went out to dinner with them. Later we went to see V for Vendeta with Pat (adams best friend) and his cousin Dustin. I love those two! The movie was sooooo good! I really recommend seeing it!

Sunday we slept in and hung out until I went to work. I worked til midnight and then Adam ended up staying again bc Pat didnt want to leave for Penn State until morning. :)

Adam just left and now I'm gettin ready for school at the 1st grade....I'm exhausted though....I cant wait to nap at 5 :)
