Monday, July 07, 2008 Out of the Dark Ages I blogged at cliopatra.net about my search for a new phone.  I finally settled on the Rumor by LG, and because Sprint was in a  hurry to get my money, they shipped it right away and it arrived on Thursday morning at work. Because of the full keyboard, it's much easier to text, and so I'm beginning to get why people love twitter so much.  I've been updating mine pretty regularly. 12:18 AM - add eprops - add comments - email it Wednesday, July 02, 2008 Do you think you are (or you would be) a better parent than your own parents? Why or why not? I'd like to think I would be a better mom than my mom.  I'm much more independent, and I am not at all addicted to drugs or alcohol, so those are probably pretty good indicators. I'd like to be like my dad.  He taught us a lot of cool things, took us to cool places, though he was quite the workaholic most of the time.
