| Dalai Lama Lecture
I was wondering how other ppl felt about it. so please share your idea with me.
(I don't exactly remember the phrase he said about his first commitment..so if you know, let me know..)
I liked him a lot because his philosophy and value was pretty much same as mine. Dalai Lama talked about his two commitment. First, he promotes goodness in human nature. He believes that all human is naturally good because of affection that baby is showing to one's parents. He said that anger, doubtfulness, and hatred is very momentary because human feels shameful about those emotion afterward. He emphasized internal improvement and givingness to others. According to physicians, people who use "I"."me","mine" a lot tend to have heart attack. He said there is no distinction between "I" and "they" because our physical body, emotion, mentality are same in the bottom. His second commitment was religious harmony that Sean and I liked a lot. More understanding of others, openess, and peace.. Even though I heard of many good words like today's before, it still inspires me and warms my heart. |
