New day, new week... my bf called me at school today and asked me if I could go to the doctor with him, turns out he has some kind of virus and has had it for four days, and after our exchange of fluids yesterday I'm thinking I'm gonna get it for sure! I feel dizzy already... great!

Although.., it will mean I get to skip school the entire week and get a chance to ONLY concentrate on my intake, which is just what I need!

So after the doctor's, we wen't to his place- I basically had to carry him all the way since he was so weak- and I undressed him and fed him and put him into bed and he said "You better get used to this, because it will be like this everyday when I'm sixty and grumpy and stinky and you'll have to take care of me!". Then he tried to laugh, but started coughing instead and he couldn't stop and I hugged him and held him until he had stopped coughing and fallen asleep.......

Oh yeah in about twenty minutes it's time for Desperate Housewives here! yeah that will prolly be the highlight of my day.. shibbii to that!!

Yesterday was awful in every way... I woke up thinking I wanted to leave my boyfriend... From that moment everything just went downhill.

Needless to say, foodwise didn't go quite as planned. I did maintain my 105 lbs though so no actual harm was made.

My bf spent the night and we talked and slept and talked and slept and cried our eyes out. I was still a bit unsure this morning when he had left, but he came back later and when he sobbed in front of me and babbled something so irrelevant I suddenly felt all the pain from when he had hurt me go away and I realized how alike and crazy we both are and I just told him to shut up and jumped into his arms and we both cried for about an hour and then we just had unbelievable make up sex and fell asleep. And all the bad things had gone away and oh my god I love him like crazy.......

I'm sorry if someone just spent like 2min reading that crap, but this is my site so deal with it!  no seriously I just had to pour everything out and tell the world how HAPPY I am right now and I know this will give me so much energy to stick to the diet and meet my goals! I'm getting the belly button ring tomorrow, so wish me luck!

My points for yesterday are just laughable so I'm not gonna even count them, today I'm probably up to like

27 POINTS

Wow that's just pathetic! but tomorrow is a new wonderful day full of calorie restricting and exercise! Hope everyone has had a a great and eventful weekend!

Today I decided to give myself a day off from thinking, or more like obsessing about calories and food and losing weight. A little treat for myself after a hard week with exams and really stressful stuff. I ate what I felt like eating, nothing more, nothing less. It felt great, and I was definitly in control the entire time. I figured I'll fast tomorrow anyways so I'll be back on track in no time! hope u gals have had a wonderful day!!

I was 105 lbs this morning, but prolly not anymore.. I counted points though, but I'm not giving myself anything for intake, I didn't even count them. Still, here goes:

exercise: 12 points (walking and pilates)
sleep: 10 points
extras: 8 points

 32 POINTS

Oh and I found a quite thinspirational phrase, think about it for a moment and you'll realize it too!

"If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got."

These are some tips I found too, pretty basic but always a great reminder:

1. Never go more than 5 hours without eating. This will keep you in proper hormonal balance.( remember girls, it doesn't say how much you have to eat)

2. Drink lots of water. You'll need it to BREAK DOWN FAT(!) and flush out toxins.

3. Don't drink soda or beverages containing caffeine.(OMFG!)

4. Don't drink juices - always it the fruit instead

5. Eat breakfast within one hour of rising

6. Eat your first snack between lunch and dinner, eat your second before going to bed.

7. Remember to keep movement and exercise as part of your lifestyle.

How much water do u have to drink if ur not eating as to not lose any water weight??

Well girlies, since I did so well yesterday I ended up losing 3 pounds, so I'm now down to

106 lbs

so only 7 lbs to go to my (first)goal weight!! yeey and I'm getting a yoga mat and a power yoga DVD so I can do it at home everyday instead of paying my ass of to do yoga.. and since the new class schedule at school starts next week and I only have like 24 hrs a week I'll have plenty of extra time to do my exercise!

and doing xmas shopping (I start early to really get the feeling), I luuuuv xmas!! yeey not even two months til then...

Clothes 

I thought about the fact that if I keep eating nothing my body will go into survival mode and I won't lose anything. So plan for today is around 400cals, that should be just enough.

B- espresso and some fatfree milk 66cal

L- ryebread with real hott salsa (to speed up metabolism) and green tea 150 cals

D- tuna with veggies 170 cals

adds up to 386 cals..

And of course... DIET COKE

since I've been reading for my chemistry exam tomorrow all day, I haven't had time to exercise so points won't be THAT good today, even so intake+sleep+extras makes

Well the math test went okay today, and me and my bf finally found time to be all day with each other talking and kissing and shopping and enjoying each other...

I haven't eaten anything today! and I've been walking like crazy for over 3hrs!! I'm so happy! so point-wise that's 15 for my intake and 15 for exercise, I slept for 10 points and then updating and commenting and thinspo so that makes full points for today!
