The Butterfly Effect - movie, 4 stars

This was a pretty good movie. It had many surprising elements, and although I wouldn't really call it a "horror" or a "thriller", there was more violence than the commercials made it seem like there would be. And its the sudden kind of violence you would never have seen coming. I like the alternate realities concept which was really brought upon by Back to the Future Part II. I would suggest you watch this, especially over my last reviewed movie "The Rundown"..i dunno what I was thinking when I gave it a 5/5. Upon rethinking, I think it deserves somewhere along the lines of 3 or 3.5/5. But that is not this movie, and this is all.

The Rundown - movie, 5 stars

I just saw this with Robert and Jurgen. It was actually really good. The fight sequences were very well done, especially the ones with those midgety people. Everything was actually very believable, and the comedy was there for every part it should have been. Totally awesome. I think this movie could really make the Rock the next Arnold. Hey..it could happen.
