Almost There (MercyMe) - music, 4 stars

An excellent CD.  I have listened to every song on this CD, and I throughly enjoyed all of them.  My favorite song on it, and the only one I have memorized, is "I Can Only Imagine," but "I Worship You" and "All Fall Down" are equally as powerful.  Definatly on my "to-buy" list.  You cannot listen to this CD and think God isn`t working.  Such amazing lyrics could not be written by merely a man.  It is obvious that God had a hand in writing the lyrics to these songs.

Casting Crowns (Casting Crowns) - music, 5 stars

This CD is awesome.  The vocals are great, but the lyrics are what this band is all about.  I don`t actually own the CD yet, and I haven`t listened to 3 of the songs ("Glory", "Who Am I", and "Your Love Is Extravagant") the ones i`ve heard are great.  My top 3 are "If We Are The Body", "Voice of Truth", and "What If His People Prayed", in that order.  It`s a great CD, and I intend on getting it next time I have some cash.  I`d definatly recommend this to anyone.  You can really feel god working through them in the lyrics.

Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - movie, 5 stars

.....Excellence in filmmaking.  Very well acted.  Surperb story.  I`m not going to ruin this one for you, but it starts with Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi heading to rescue a certain head-of-state.  The story unfolds, the dark Sith lord is revealed, and Anakin becomes Darth Vader.  Quite an enjoyable movie.  Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith is for any Star Wars fan, but also any fan of Drama, because there is quite a lot of it.  Lucas didn`t hold back on the "ship to ship" battle crowd by starting us with a starship battle, and then tamed the lightsaber crowd with 7 or so lightsaber battles.  And we get to see Yoda show off his skills again!

Star Wars: Episode II: Attack of the Clones - movie, 5 stars

Star Wars, the words speak for themselves.  Though I personally liked Star Wars: Episode I: The Phantom Menace, many didn`t.  That dosen`t matter because Attack of the Clones was far, far better.  Taking place 10 years after "Menace", Anakin and Obi-Wan are reunited with Padme, who is now a senetor in the New Republic.  Without giving away the story, i`ll simply say it is a great movie.  A huge lightsaber battle, coupled with Yoda going crazy with his own saber add to the greatness of this movie.

The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy - movie, 4.5 stars

The epic 5 part book series, which was made into a TV miniseries on the BBC is now a box office hit.  I have to ask: Do you know where your towel`s at?

This movie takes place on Earth.  For about 10 minutes, when the earth is blown up.  Then it dosen`t.  I`m not giving away the story, but it is hilarious.  If you don`t understand or don`t like British humor, then this movie isn`t for you.  I`d advise reading the book, by Douglas Adams, before you watch the movie.  While it strays from the book in many, many ways, it`s still a great movie.
