@copperknob929 - Well, my laptop was about to die and I had work I needed to do...and since I kinda sorta cheated anyway as far as looking at comments on my site and footprints, I figured an hour wasn't gonna make a difference....wow 40 days is a long time to not do something you are used to doing all the time.Kind of a silly thing I did there, but I learned some things about myself though. Looks like my Allstate laptop still won't get online up here at the office so I may be back home shortly to use our internet. I NEED the office to be at home!!!!!Love you!

@Willowlost - Thanks, for the hug!  I sure do need it!  Been a rough last few days.  I've been thinking alot about you.  So here's a big ole' hug back!!!!!!!  I can't wait to get away this coming weekend, but it probably won't be very restful with all the grandbabies going too.  I'm a little worried about leaving Jill here with all the new meds she's on now.  I'm trying to leave it in God's hands, but that's hard to do sometimes.  Hope you have a good weekend, too.  Love ya!

I'll keep Jill in my prayers...you too for that matter. I pray that God will send you peace and assurance so that you can enjoy the time away.

We do have a tendency to place our children and their difficulties in God's hands...then reach out and take them right back again...lol.. Being a dedicated Mom I think. Rest assured that God will keep Jill wrapped in his loving embrace in your absence.

How did everything go with your and Jill's last trip to have the protesis fitted? You never did mention about it?

@Willowlost - Thank you for the prayers and encouraging words.   We went today to Jill's prosthetist and they had made her a new liner (looks like it will be alot more comfortable) and casted her for a new socket for a new leg.  Sure is alot more to it than I ever imagined.  Hopefully this leg will fit better and look better.  The pain she stays in is what is so bad.  Kills me to see her in such pain.  She is on eight meds right now - way too many for a 23 year old.  Between our family doctor and a pain doctor they are trying to come up with the right combination to help relieve it as much as possible.

Hey, I fully intend to take some time for me and the Lord - it is real easy to do sitting out on a balcony and gazing at those beautiful mountains!  I love it up there! 

Taking my laptop, so hopefully I can post.  Do you have facebook?  I am new to it, so I don't know how to find you if you do.  ??
