im really bored, so i decided to post. the incredibles is an awesome movie, the best pixar has done. i'd go see it again. my bonfire on friday was pretty good but alot of my friends didnt show up. but a couple did and it was fun. in fact, i had someone i was hoping would show and they ended up being the only one from school that did. this is her site: ash. i dont know whats going to happen there but....

anywho, i cant wait for december 10th. its going to be so much fun. i hope everybody can go though.  well, i think im done. peaceinGod.

i've learned alot from reading comics. here are some of my favorites:

boondocks: well the polls speak for themselves. yep cant argue with the numbers (editor's note: today feature was written a week prior to election day) cant belive he's gonna win. you didnt think nader had a chance did you? (editors note: whats the odds this will be wrong?)

Calvin and hobbes (favorite cartoon of all time)

Graphic violence in the media. does it glamorize violence? sure. Does it desensitize us to violence? of course. Does it help us tolerate violence? you bet. Does it stunt our empathy for our fellow beings? heck yes Does it cause violence? well, that's hard to prove.  the trick is to ask the right question

i've been thinking on this for a while. Humans are the only thing wrong in this world. everything else is perfect. nothing thats not human made messes up. to say that we're the highest race on the planet is sort of ironic. we are the only creatures that aren't perfection.

I LOVE GOD! just wanted to start by saying that.

just got back from walking around with josh and sarah and billy. much fun. halloween is an odd day. speaking of odd days...

ok lets start from the top. Tim got married! the oddness begins... sunny day, im dressed more than i was at my parents wedding, i met my friends older brother who turned out to be really cool, nothing went wrong with the sound during the wedding, really big news: me and nicole are friends again (im actually confused about that situation but...) jess, jims new gf, is really cool, got to go out to keats house and have food and play scrabble, josh and audrey actually were in the same room for quite awhile, my brother got a wrong number on his cell, which turned into an evagilizing oppourtunity(ill talk more about it later) studwear became a word, we lost power, and it was daylight savings. all of this on devils night. very odd. and they want to put me in AP english next semester.

right, the phone call. we're all sitting in jims basement playing scrabble and dustins phone rings. he answers it and its a wrong number. they hang up and 20 seconds later call back. this time he starts talking to them asking what she needed to be prayed for. by the end of the conversation, he knew her name, where she lived, her hair color, and her friends name. isnt God great? and get this, she called back today! so cool.

prayer request: i want to go on missions trip next summer. i think it would be so cool to get out in the world and touch people with God like that. to have your soul purpose for awhile be to serve God. nothing else is expected of you. if people could prayer over wether or not this is right for me, i'd appreciate it. thnx!

I've realized that not only is secular life not fufilling, but secular friends aren't either. i've noticed that when im around my christian friends that im more at peace and less concerned with everything. i've actually seperated my self from quite a few people bc of this. 

well, i've got drivers ed homework i need to do so ill post later in the week. peaceinGodalways.・/P>
