[edit on august2O]--ok. if you DONT use the request form--i will make the layout, but you are put towards the end of the list. so.... just use it.
[edit on septemberO6]--i think i might shut requests down.. for now at least. sorry =[.. i just got too much on my hands. I'll open them back up when i have a long break. sorry again =[ still come back for the layouts though. will you, please? thanks.

O1: tell me the colors you want on it [be as specific as possible]
O2: tell me designs [swirls, checkerboard, spikes [for the header--not background]]
O3: tell me what you want on it [words specifically]
O4: tell me if you just want a header [or a whole layout]
O5: tell me if you want a custom module [[like mine]];; no module;; or just regular
