Yesterday, I went to California for Music In The Parks held at Disneyland & California Adventure woo! :) Band, orchestra, and choir all took buses and played at festival. I hardly got ANY sleep on the bus; it felt uncomfortable not being in my bed. We made a pit stop at some place, then headed to McDonalds for breakfast. It's SO big there and it even has an arcade. Everyone changed and ate, then at like 700 am, we were off to Western Highschool. We performed, and I constantly fell asleep (sort of boring) hehehe. At about 1200 pm, we were on our way to Disneyland ^^ First half of our day was spent at California Adventure. Went on some rides, ate, and gradually growing sore. 600 pm, awards ceremony in Disneyland. All of us screamed our heads off and we ended up winning I think 7 trophies?

- Fourth place jazz band [Excellent]
Oh and Varsity band got an award too, but I forgot for what. First place something?.. It was a good rating >_<
I don't know if we won more cause I forgot :D We were all saying cheers and screaming; it was hecka funnnn. After the awards ceremony, Joy, Sarah, Lynn, Rodney, Will, and I all went to the Haunted Mansion thing. Afterwards, we were planning on going on some other rides, but the lines were way to long. So, we just started going towards Space Mountain. Then, everything got all confusing. People were getting sidetracked and destinations were undecided. Finally, we ended up waiting in line for Space Mountain for about 40 minutes til the ride shut down due to some maintenance. So gay; then the ride dude gave us some fast pass because of waiting. Afterwards, we went to eat at a pizza place. Dudeeee, the pizza's are humungo with gigantic pepperoni's xD Everything got all confused and crapped up. Joy thought she had to leave, so we went to the entrance. THEN, we find out her chaperone said 11. It was so crowded, she ended up not coming with the rest of us. So, the four of us just went to some Astro ride thingy and we managed to make it to the Mad Tea Party ride ^^ My hair was soo screwy by the time we were leaving! Okay, so I was hecka sore.. Everyone got onto their bus; I slept like a rock. Then, we were at Lawrence at 500 am. Went home, slept til ONLY 11 ugh, and then called Phillip. Overall, I had a pretty good time. I didn't spend too much money and only bought a humungo lolly for Sticks. The only disappointment about this weekend is that tomorrow's SCHOOL.
