Okay well I decided to move my training blog out of xanga.  My new address is www.teamragan.blogspot.com  I'll miss talking to all my training log blogring people.  Good luck with all of your training and races!

Well not a lot of running this past week, and I accidentally hurt my ankle again so I'm gonna be off it for a while longer.  Hopefully be running again by next weekend.

We lost to Iowa State pretty badly yesterday, so that wasn't a very fun game to be at.  The party afterwards definitely took my mind off it though!

Halloween party tonight, WHOOP!

1300

- 45 minutes of climbing

They changed the bouldering so there are all new problems now.  There are more V1+ and V2 problems now, which is geat for me.  Didn't have much time to climb today unfortunately.

I've been having pain on the inner part of the arch on my left foot since I finished the race Saturday and I'm not sure what it is.  Hopefully just bruised or something, but if it keeps up I'm going to the campus clinic to get looked at.

I did my interview with the local TV station today!  I was kinda nervous about it but I think it turned out alright.  If you ddn't know they are doing a segment on cadets in the corps for the next couple weeks.  Each week they are featuring one of four cadets they chose with particularly interesting stories.  One of the guys they interviewed is Mark Musumba.  He ended up at A&M because he was visiting from Uganda during 9/11 and ended up stayin with a host family since he couldn't go home.  Eventually it led to him coming to A&M.  Anyway I'll post a link later because I think they're gonna put it online too.

Got an hour long massage today for the first time.  It hurt soooo good!  Definitely sold on sport recovery massages now forever, and I'm sure it will provide big incentive to complete long races in the future.  Speaking of races, I'm planning on doing the Dallas Turkey Trot 8 mile and White Rock Marathon in Dallas on Dec. 11.  I would like to finish in at least 4.5hrs.

Just another dinner at Duncan!

I'm not sure why, but they don't look too enthusiastic.

Maybe because these guys are across the table from them!

Me for about 15 hours after the race.  Apparently a few of my buddies were in and out while I was asleep and I didn't even notice.  Not doing anything today except possibly getting a massage at the rec.  If not today then definitely tomorrow.
