you know today wasn't that bad...chilled at the tennis courts at one-ish, since i didnt have a racket to play with i sat a read my book as i got pelted with numerous balls...wasn't great.
after we all went to 7-11 on jerusalem(spelling..?) bought some stuff and headed into doug's pool...best time i had for the day...
first was a 4 on 4 volleyball game, then it was full contact basketball in the pool...rules were simple... get the ball into the hoop and that was about it...so all i see is me and a few other people on one end shooting the ball and the others were right by the hoop...wrestling over the rebound...score ended at 21-19, a very close game we all got out after and had FOOD
so were trying to decide what to eat, doug suggested chinese food and since there were 5 asians that that was out of the question, then the opinion of a barbecue came up and the vote was unanimous(spelling...again?) problem was...no meat, buns (for da burgers), etc.. but the problem was settled when a few of us went to the local supermarket and got some stuff...
i must say the best burgers i've had would have to be bob's....mmm still hungry...but anyways i ended the night playing a bit of ping-pong...(i think im gonna start playing again) anyways this was the day of....August 3, 2005...my birthday...another ordinary day in my life
