	so since i last updated i went to BELIZE, it was awesome. brady-mon good times Also track is over and the Gala was last night and it was good times i've never put pics up before so i hope they worked its much easier than writing stuff that you guys are just gonna skim -Bananas

if you are such a good cross-country/distance runner, then why don't you run over to virginia some time to visit? ok? it's only ... i dunno... 60 miles or so. should be no problem unless you have shin splints, that is.
