| All my bags are.. not packedIt is about 9.45 PM on Sunday night.
The most depressing time of a week if I am by myself at home. Work is waiting for me tomorrow and the TV programs suck.
As I slowly line my belongings into the cardboard boxes I bought today, my throat tightened up. Am I leaving this place for real? It is not the nicest apartment I have ever had but there are so many memories here. Mainly of DHTC. I still remember how happy I was when I heard him, hurrying from his car with bags of grocery in his hands, turn the key and open the door. Though I am not sure he liked it when I jumped onto him like a puppy does his owner, I saw him smile. He said that he'll remember this place as our home.
And now that I have decided to move to a better place, having to leave this place behind is somewhat tragic to me. But I have to do what I have to do. The future is waiting there in front of us. My new house could be our dream home.
Fate brought us together and fate will keep us together -- or at least that's what I believe. DHTC joked about how he must owe me so much in a past life to be stuck with me. I am hoping he owes me much more, to keep him with me just a little bit longer.
Maybe I will go to the gym. They said your brain releases serotonin when you work out. A natural high might cheer me up.
