| I hate breakfast binges. Ruins the whole day early. Work was intense though. Like running around for 6 hours straight intense.
Worked the 11-8 shift for the first time... so that pretty much was my day.

| wee-hoo. I am SO TIRED. I got these giant cuts on the back of my ankles from my spikes yesterday, so i didn't think I'd be running today. So I didn't eat. Lo and behold when I put my sneakers on, I could move without pain. So I ran. And it was a wicked hard practice. And I was majorly dizzy which scared me and set off asthma attacks. So it was a good time. And I just left swim early because I was just exhausted. :[ But I still had a good in/out haha just feel dead right now.
