Anyway, I did have a great time at my sweet sixteen. Thank you so much to everyone who came.
Highlights: Nick and Steve trying to bhangra and Laltu Dada's shimmying.
Downer: Heh. I called Nick- Nicole during the candle ceremony. Whoops.
Anyway... I was late to my own party. -_- The stuff at the salon took way too long, so when I got back, there was just enough time to change, but I had to print out my candle ceremony speeches. Then the printer ran out of ink, so my parents left to go to the hotel, and I ran around the house trying to find the cable that connected the printer to the laptop in pink heels. When I finally did, the candle ceremony wouldn't save to a disk, so I had to fiddle with that forever, and then it printed... but of course none of the uncles would listen to me when I tried to tell them the shortest way to the Marriot... It's right across the street from the mall, how could I not know the shortest way there? When we finally get there, tons of people had already arrived and I had to start playing hostess right away.
