Hello Everyone,

Yesterday it snowed almost all day and i had a cc meet it was NOT fun running in shorts believe me, and before and after the races were worse,but i got 1 of my better times because i like sprinted the whole thing because it was so cold.And the 3rd place girl running VARSITY was in 7th GRADE!!!!  SHE RAN UNDER 16 MIN THE RACE IS TWO AND A HALF MILES!!!!!!!! shes my hero.In my last post I said that 19:55 was a good time i take it back thats a terrible time my time this time was 18:33 and thats not even that great, well its great for me but bad for a lot of people.
