Another year!!

Man.. Time do go fast... already out of school for half a year and then few weeks ago seeing some of my closest friends graduate!! ..
Rocky!! - you can do it!!
Steven!! - enjoy San Fran!!
Roy !! - when are we going on roadtrip?
Hung!! - When are you visiting me if youe free tickets? haha
Ham!! - how is reserach?
I still miss my times in Madison and I think I will miss it forever!!.. It has been a wonderful even tho a lot of things had happened but I really enjoyed every single partsof it.

let me tell you guys a little about my life in Richmond.... going to work around 930-10 and then getting off around 6-7pm.... I really enjoy my job and the people around me. Everything I do is so challenging because I had not dealt with like technical codings before and I really like how everything I do is different everyday.

Not only this, I work with like 2 other hk ppl from U MICH and Stanford... they r so funny and I have a awesome time talking in Chinese during work... like half the times.(dunno if it is good for my career tho..oops)...

Anyhow, I had no regrets taking this job and I have learned so much!!!.. just like a baby learning.. :)

Outside work, I have found a Chinese Church to go and is involve with the small groups bible study.... It is very different from Madison because when you start working everybody has their own lifes and it takes much longer to connect...yea... a little gone away from God...

BUT this past memorial weekend I went to a church Retreat in Virginia. I took on a role as a small group leader and was in charge of 9th and 10th grade boys. I thought it is going to be like Accesshk where I just have fun with Kids... Man this is very different, people are a lot more quiet and I really had to be like a older brother christian for them to look up to... at first I didnt think I will have the ability to do but thank you God that it went very smooth.... I experienced so much through just listening to the sermons and just leading the kids over the weekend.. amazing times.

The retreat theme was "KEEPIN IT REAL WITH JESUS" it focused on the difficulties we face being a Chinese Amercian and also a christian which connected with a lot of people ...

Also he talked about how a lot of christian have the disease call "ABC" which stands for
Another Boring Christian. We have to break this stereotype and live "Dangerously for God"..going out and joining the Jesus Recus squad.. very interesting!!... the kids and I were very touched and I can see God working on the kids. Especially one of them.. This kid had a lot of problems finding peace in his heart and beginning to feel depressed, he has tried drugs, alcohol, porn... everything but it never worked... Until he found Jesus... he experienced Jesus and changed him.... I have a very deep conversation with him and I can feel God using me to try open him up....

After this retreat, it made me really want to go on Missions trip!!.. but.. got work.... AIYA.... but anyhow I had a awesome time experience god and just worshiping him in every single way... we should al remember "God is all we need"!!!!

God is really a amazing creator, He has blessed me in every single way possible making my life so smooth. I mean God is everywhere you go... and there is alway a reason for God to guide you in a certain way. Very amazing...

So here is my update to my life.. I hope everybody is doing very well and transiting to a different stage of life...

oh yea, nearly forgot, today two of my best friends call me from uk, I was very happy. One was from rugby and one from CIS. the one from Rugby, Rupert and I havent spoken for 3 years and it reminded me of the gd old days at Rugby where we just have funand played sports... He is coming for exchange in US so looking forward to that!! Paul called me too, haha same old paul we talked about BS and just enjoyable. Man cant wait to see them again, the two phone calls made me want to go to uk for springbreak, which probably wont happen. Wells, better sleep now before the flu devel catchs up with me Again... DANG

Hey people, time for another xanga entry!!! school has started two weeks and it had been all gd until this past weekend where I had a fever and then this morning had a nose bleed!( wonder what I did that night?haha, got some rest to stay away from the flu devil :) ). This is the first time in years for me to get a flu and probably the worst ever in Madison. Man it was killing, couldnt sleep and just too tired to do anything... so watched some Michael Hui's movie, saw ¥b¤ç¤K¨â. Hilarious, recommand anyone who have time to burn.... from now on... I Better treat my body better. Before the flu, I was enjoying with the very diverse classes I am taking - Journal, english, a direct study where topic is going to be exploring the cost and benefits of a underwater Hotel ( seems so cool when our group first came up with it!!!very excited)Here is the website for the group, www.opencl.org/sp05 our team is call team future, nothing is up yet tho. I am actually very looking forward to the rest of my semester, learning a lot of cool stuff... seems like non major classes are more interesting... haha.. maybe I should not major in econ!!!.... first time that I am excited about classes which is cool!!!Last week went Snowboarding right after the snow storm... the snow was soft and it was awesome, probably the last time snowboarding with my buddy Edwin in Madison since he is leaving.. oh well, will surely miss him a lot...Dang time flies, everbody is graduating. Anyhow... we had a lot of fun snowboarding, went down the long bend at the cascade mountain many times, really need to go more this semester since I havent really used my board much since i got it!!!! Few days before hand, me and my friend went making donuts with our cars in the snow... man it was hardcore!!! unlucky my car is front wheel drive, wasnt as much fun as his 4 wheel one!! Damn STI......so yea, my semester has been very cool so far and hope it stays this way. I also got interviews coming up for summer interns and I hope I do gd on the first one coz they have office in NYC. Staying at NYC is my aim for summer right now!!! Hope everything goes well la!!

P.S still deciding where to go for springbreak, thinking of Miami or NY/Boston, suggestions???

Hey guys, I have now been to New York for 3 weeks and I have been enjoying everysingle second here. There is so much things to do here. I went to a concerts, comedy clubs, meseum, went to boston for Brain's bday, play street ball, had jap food like 3 times a week, clubing at Crobar and Deepdish was Djing there.

I really wish I go to school in the East coast, I love the culture, the ppl here and I met so many nice ppl here. Now I got to study hard and hope i could get a job in NY!

Goin back to hk on the 29th, cant wait since i havent been back for a year and that is the longest ever!! miss my family, friends from hk and uk, the car i drive!

Hi everybody, it has been a while since I updated my xanga. A very long time, basically the whole semester I have been lazy and havent done much! haha. This summer I will be goin to NY for a moth and then going to HK for the rest of the summer. I havent been back for so long.... this is like the longest I havent been back to hk to see my family, real1y mis them and also my friends!!

hopfully I will be able to see you all this summer and catch up with everything!

hey people!!!! I had a awesome time working today, I worked at the Not So Scary Halloween Party, all the guest dress up. All the kids were so cute, boys are like spiderman and superman, girls are all princesses. Have u guys seen a character dress up too??? poop was a bee and piglet was a flower, I would love to take pictures and show u guys but i was work. The environment is just totally different, the fireworks was awesome, the parade was really funny. To start off the parade they even had the no head horse rider from the sleepy hallow.

Last nite i went to pleasure Island, its a place where all the clubs are and we get in for free on thursdays and mondays, i went and i seriously nearly got into trouble. My friend gave me a over 21 waist band and she gave it to me, we were just playing around. Someone saw it and called the manager. I got so scared but at the end because i was honest about it, he let me go. I nearly lost my job!!!

Sometimes i just feel i dont fit in in this white world, i alway think to myself they see me in a different way which they probably are!! i am just more comfortable with nonwhite ppl rather thatn whites, dunno why!!

I really trying hard but it is just not working at all!! sometimes i just rather stay home than goin out because i wont have much fun

hey people

i havent update my xanga for a very long time. A few days ago, i helped out in this place call "give kids the world". Kids there are with illnesses causing them to have a really short life. So disney invite them to the parks. There i helped out in a program call Parents nite out, it is basically like babysitting a kid for 5 hours. I had to take care of this black girl, she is so cute and Cool. We had dinner and had icecream. We also watched a show perform by these kids and they perform pop songs. The girl i had is call Tkelli, just like the drink. She was dancing together with the performer and she is only 5!!!! already so gd at dancing!! Anyways i had alot of fun and i hope i get the time to do it again!!!
