The Christian call to evangelism is a call not simply to persuade
people to make decisions [through testimony, social action, and apologetics] but rather to proclaim to them the good news
of salvation in Christ, to call them to repentance, and to give God the
glory for regeneration and conversion. We don't fail in our evangelism
if we faithfully tell the gospel to someone who is not converted; we
fail only if we don't faithfully tell the gospel at all. Evangelism
itself isn't converting people; it's telling them that they need to be
converted and telling them how they can be.
You don't bring me blog posts You don't post youtube vids You hardly write on your xanga When you login online At the end of the day
I remember when You couldn't wait to write me Used to hate to leave me Now after writin' me late in draft Well it's good for you And you're feeling alright Well you just go online And you ignore the site And you don't bring me blog posts anymore
It used to be so natural To write about everything But 'used to be's' don't count anymore They just lay on the floor 'Til we delete away
And baby, I remember All the things you told me I learned how to laugh I learned about timeouts Well I learned how to love Even learned the shoutouts So you'd think I could learn How to tell you signout 'Cause you don't bring me blog posts anymore...
