| Hi dares,
I'm sending this email out to many people, so please forgive the informal
'form letter' feel.
Essentially, I'm shutting Dantes server down permanetly.
All webservices and items have been terminated. Hosted
domains are in the process of being moved to other sites.
Storefronts will conclude all current transactions and then
close down for the short term pending final decisions.

| We appear to be offline due to the !@*#)!@! amounts of rain we've been getting over the last week and change (100+ mm). Will know more when
I can physically check the location.

| Debian failed our requirements table, will be testing out Gentoo today on the scrapbox and see what the results are.
DANTES server is back online today, ahead of schedule due to hosting needs and will continue to function until we find a new candidate from the scrapbox tests.

| I've taken the server offline and disassembled it, rerouting some functions to DOLPHIN and working at moving things to POET.
Email, web services and other things will be offline until DANTES goes back up. No timeframe, save that this is a necessary step.

| Server was attacked AGAIN today.
Starting to get the cheap feeling that someone either is upset with me or something on the server.
In either respect, it will be resolved shortly.
