Musings on the summer :)

Heya all! I love love love summer! Just something about being able to sit outside and listen to summer music under the stars with the love of my life is awesome, and catch fireflies of course!!!!!!! We are going on a romantic getaway..tho, not too far with gas prices being the way they are...but itll rock anyways..my bf is the best and the ONE FOR ME FOREVER!!!!!

I had the thought for this song while swimming. Tell me what you think, b/c I always found song writing intruiging...of course the INSPIRATION for it is my love of my life.....my man of my dreams and my number one!I think of this song with a country vibe and melody......I got to see Tom Petty in concert with my man which was AMAZING! He puts on a great show...going to an Irish fest and 'Jersey Boys' soon too!  I am so glad to get back in touch with old friends I have lost touch with..thank goodness for Facebook! It is so nice knowing they remember you fondly and will always love ya and care!!!! I am off to a romantic fun vacation..maybe a proposal is soonLOVE AND MISS YOU ALL!!!!!

'Sex and the City' -WOW...AMAZING..INSPIRING!

I have always loved the show 'Sex in the City'..I think it is a great friendship show for women in which we can all relate..we all have that one Mr. Big, and sometimes he is the one who got away. I have aspirations to be an inspiring writer like Carrie..she always seems to know what to say..and no matter what, no girl can EVER live without her girlfriends! I have amazing friends like Carrie does..from my cousin, to my sista in North Carolina...to my NJ girls...'Sex and the City' was a defining masterpiece to some women in my generation...I always always felt I could relate to it...
Year after year, women will come back to their girlfriends for advice, their wedding gown..or just for some good old fashioned 'girl time' and margaritas! No matter what, your girls are signs for what could possibly be a disastrous relationship, or job, or anything you need advice on!!!!!!
The 'Sex and the City' movie was ALL I IMAGINED and more...All of the women were back, and Carrie even got an assistant... I think it boils down to what all women are looking for: fullfillment in their job..and fullfillment in relationships! We are all working towards that goal..and maybe some others..Maybe some of us will save the world, and make it a better place..but all in all, we want to be loved while we are saving the world...... I think its awesome that we have friends who are our soundboard..and can help us through this crazy journey in life...
They are the ones who will be there on our wedding day, smiling just as much as we have, because they have become family..and our sistas.......Anyways I celebrated one yr come May 9th with the sexy amazing romantic man of my dreams...Things are looking awesome! I also got a job in my field (finally right!), so we will see how that goes....Anyways , in my love for 'Sex and the city' just wanted to update y'all on how I felt..LOVED the movie! Here are some witty, classic quotes which made me laugh out loud. A cool thing is, men seem to love it too! I guess we can all relate to the single years..and going through relationships...And does Carrie get with Mr. Big? You'll just have to watch and find out!!!!!!!As for me, Ive found the man of my dreams..who has agrea tpersonality, and the heart of a lion...he is so caring, amazing and giving, supports me and encourages me every day...and I hope it is for forever!

Internet Island Topic 3.4-Having a bad day...:)

Wow...This reminds me of that Daniel Powter song..'Bad Day'..which is a great song when you're down and out!
Anyways, I have had lots of good and bad days..I am only in my 20s after all!
I guess one bad day I can recall, which really doesnt seem that bad now after all..was being broken up with after a 2and a half year relationship..there was even talk of marriage..and then when I heard the man didnt even want to see me again...that broke my heart. It was a cloudy day and rainy too...and we were in a parking lot..It was kind of harsh at the time, but me being the positive person I am..it led me to my current relationship which is with the MAN OF MY DREAMS AND WHO I LOVE SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it worked out for the better too because this man treats me like a queen, and is already there for me thru the good and bad. I LOVE his family, and am even converting to the ELCA religion... We all have bad days but they can turn into good ones...
Another bad day was when I lost my job. These are tough economic times, and it is hard to come by. That day was sad but led me to a job with the Disney company and RADIO DISNEY!!!!!
In other news, my man and I are celebrating our one year anniversary on May 9th. We have a busy summer planned, and our future is bright!!!My philosophy is..BAD days can be blessings in disguise............. I love my Jeff always!!!! Go INDIANS and Cavs!!!!!!!

A long time :)

Wow, it has been a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng time but life here in

OH is good  I have really been learning about my field, which is the

media, and marketing.....I am also still SOOOOOOOOOO IN LOVE with my man..he makes all of my days happy! And altho OSU didnt win the championship, the Cavs are doing awesome..and I am pysched for the summer of the Irish festival season...and baseball season-GOOOOOOOOOO INDIANS!!!!! Yup, I have a feeling this will be the love of a lifetime b/c he is so ROMANTIC, loving, sexy and fun! We have sooooooooooo much in common and he makes my heart smile everyday!

He is a great man who I admire, and LOVE a lot! I love this time of year..its the IRISH SEASON... I hate when I think of our history, and Irish immigrants trying to apply, then it saying 'No Irish need apply' The Irish have contributed so much to our culture, music wise, literary wise and CULTURE wise! Arent

we the cutest! But yes, I am SO HAPPY, and continually growing, and making myself the BEST WOMAN I can be! Everyday is awesome...and challenging!

I bought the new Flogging Molly CD-it is amazing and takes me back to Ireland, which I miss and LOVE SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! The Celtic streams and instrumentals add to the thought provoking lyrics...
