today i learnt to accept life as it is, savouring the happy moments and trying my best to forget about the trashy ones.
living up to expectations and failing in one way or another. believing that somethings could change and hoping for so much more.
you honestly dont know how much i want to let go, and you dont know how much i regret. for the past two weeks, since ive been back, admist all the festivity, ive managed to dig up a handful of unfortunate memories. torturing myself with stupid stupid stupid minor issues and letting the littlest things effect me. for putting up with so much and being pushed around a little more than i can handle. heres to sticking to those who mean alot and keeping them close. i want to be so much more with less disappointments. i want change for myself. i want to create blissful moments and cast out all melancholy. waking up to life as it is is so hard to do, admit defeat i say !#$%%%%344444111111111111111111113`%%%%%%%%%%%%#~$!@ oneday im going to lose myself

anyways, !!!two more weeks and hopefully ill be getting my hands on this

im anticipating the moment i step out of that smelly aircraft and i breathe in that gust of hot humid air
im ecstatic about seeing familiar faces, places and currently, flushed and overwhelmed just thinking about it.
im picturing us trooping down orchard road with our worn out shopping bags. popping into every store there is and ransacking the whole place.
the next two weeks are going to go by real quick and i am excited as hell, much to the extent that im going flippin berserk.

so two months ago i was in singapore and i had the mindset that i needed to do something productive with my life
hence now, im in university, enrolled in a course which im not exactly thrilled of
my readings are piled up till monstrous heights and my essays are absolute rubbish
and albeit all the long breaks of soy chai latte and occasionally hot chocolate, university is crap
doing essays till dawn is crap
sitting through boring lectures is crap
participating in tutorials whereby your tutor is a full fledged activist is crap

i want to go home,i cant wait to go home
and four days ago, i was so excited because it was One more month till I'm home kind of thing
but because of some messed up karma, my one exam for this one subject (which btw is the only subject of mine which has an exam) happens to be on the 24th of june
three exam weeks, extending from the firstweek of june till the thirdweek and my stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid (and i cant stress on it enough) exam has to be allocated on the last damn week
so i guess now, its yay, Two more months till i'm home..

but yeah im alright, hanging in there

But when you're gone all the colours seem to fade
