cw: 118

intake....fucking disgusting to say the least. binge madness

 

goal lose 1 pound per day in one week i should weigh like111 by next monday...that would absolutely kickass. im right about 5'4". im thinking 105-108 is mui perfecto. its so damn hard to keep it off though! my g-ma is obsessed with baking pie and dessert so i've gained 5 lbs since I've moved in with her!!! YUCK....I feel like a PIG. But I've kept off about 6 or 7 lbs for the past 2 months i weighed 122 before thanksgiving.

my  goal tomorrow is to eat no more than 600 cals. and quit eating after 9pm because Im up till 11 snaking all the time.

L- time:12 noon
-2 diet pills 1 bottle of water
-1cup of green tea
-1 cup of gabbage soup-55cals
-1 slice of swiss cheese-70 cals

125 calories for Brunch...>not to shabby :)

2:00pm- 1 cig & 1 bottle water

Lunch-3pm
24 frosted mini wheats dry...190

half of a small banana..0

coffee 110...b/c i like fuckin creamer

300cals...! gah thats so lame...

well i went to church this morning and that was good. im going to start trying to go every sunday. Mom and I went birding and i finished my assignment. Now i'm going to go do my 600 crunches and go walk a mile. If i get that done then Ill go tanning.

I L.O.V.E  SUMMER! It's almost here! YAY.

5 bottles of water today :) YAY.

 

new plan 600 crunches per day and 4 bottles of water and at least one glass of green tea a day ( if not more). maximum cals per day this whole week *500* is the magic number.

hello, im long over due for an update. so anyway im going to graduate highschool in appoximately 4 weeks! Im very excited. I can't wait for summer to get here. I LOVE SUMMER! Its so fantastic. So moving right along I have been partiing it up every weekend for the past month now. I've  decided that im not going to do it anymore. Like I'll go to them ...maybe. But Im going to stop smoking and not drink as often, for sure.

 

 

Anyway, so I think Im at about 115 . I had one slice of pizza today...i think that will be all. Then I think Im going to go Vegan this summer. Eventhough I love chicken with all of my soul....it will be so much eaisier to maintain good weight if I can stick to a new diet for like....life. I dont want like 69 wrinkles on my face by the time im 30.

I seriously need to find the love of my life soon. the single life is only fun for like a month or two then im back to being lonely again....ugh. Its a never ending cycle seems like. well Ill try to keep up to date with my posting from now on.
