the day began with a sigh of relief, so to speak, as gai is now my best friend as of 2:03am. trivial things like these are definitely ho-hums to some people but for me, it's something that's worth a lot. friendship is something that's worth treasuring and it's not that easy to "make" a best friend. friends come and go but a best friend won't and we've proven that already...
many things have happened and i've finally decided to quit my job. the doctor warned me that if i continue to abuse myself to working a twelve-hour straight shift, i might not be able to make it even up to fifty. my heart's now weak and i'm always palpitating badly. pulse rate ranges from ninety to a hundred, even when i'm just sitting down. about a week ago, i had another attack that went on for twenty agonizing minutes. though my chest wasn't hurting really bad like the one i felt last december, i still felt like i was jogging for an hour that my heart beat like hell, i couldn't help but gasp for breaths. high-octane jobs are not for me.
i'll talk to the boss tomorrow and present my piece. i've already made up my mind . he's not going to stop me.
where to go after this? i've already got that covered. lj showed me a slot in her company and i'm willing to take it. i'll be moving to cebu after a month of turn-over if tomorrow will go well.
