| Master Cleanse Day 1Okay i am starting the master cleanse today.. i deviate the recipe a bit so it ends up being no more than 400 calories per day (doing the usualy way it is closer to 1000).... im going to do this for 14 days!!!! that is what is recommended but if i can go a month i will!! and than after that it is a water fast for 3 days... than negative cals for a week and then back to the master cleanse i think.... oh and i will be excercising the whole time too (except during the water fast).... how much weight do you think i could lose by September 6th??
Oh and i will post more at the end of the day to let you know how it goes!!! |

| I'm BackI am back..... im sorry i haven't been here in forever... but i am back to Ana..... how has everyone been doing? I have been horrible....
My familywas forcing me to eat which caused me to binge and i gained im at 141...... i need to lose as much as possible by September 4th.... im starting a huge fast starting today at 9am ( i ate at 7:00am because of my parents) but i will be very busy for the rest of the summer so i am doing a juice fast because i will be able to do it for longer. I need do to this... im sick and tired of looking the way i do... also i will be going to the gym 6 days a week with weights 5 - 6 days a week (one day legs the next arms) and than i will also be swimming in the pool for at least 30 minutes a day and than on my day off for the gym maybe rollarblading or something too.
Anyways i hope you all are well!!!

| UEDNO's HOMEWORK 3What does fasting mean to you? What do you think are some ways for your soul to stay pure? What are some bad habits you have that are making your soul unpretty? I want you to pick a habit that you have and work on eliminating it for the week. Every week you will pick one bad habit and try to remove it from your life. For example I tend to drink a lot of soda..This is bad for my health so for this week I will not drink soda at all. I will drink only water..making my body healthier. Pick one habit and work on this... what does fasting mean to you: Strength What do you think aresome ways for your soul to stay pure: don't swear, treat your body with respect, don't be a slut haha bad habits: i swear and eat crap Work on: not eating crap!! eat only healthy food and im not going to swear either!! | UEDNO's HOMEWORK 2Write about what are some of your biggest weaknesses in your life. What do you think influences them? for example...for me I know when I am sad I tend to eat more sweets than what I normally do. Trigger: sadness Find ways to avoid those triggers or find ways to cope with it better. Write down your weaknesses and ways to improve yourself by that. Now write about your strong points..example: you can say no to food no problem...or you can control your intake....or you drink only water...etc...just focus on the positives and try to bring those out more. Everyone had positives or strong points so don't say you don't have any!
Biggest Weakness: Food... i can't control it... i binge binge binge...
Tiggers: Boredom, sadness, trying to prove to my parents and than the amazing taste of it kills me and i binge
Ways to overcome it: stay busy, plan plan plan, surround myself with positive poeople, try to stay out of the house as much as possible during meal times.
Strong Points: I only drink water (thats all i can think of... i don't think very positive abotu msyelf)
