hey girls

sorry for not updating... again. i've been extremely busy. i do, however, have someone of a tip.

two words: wisdom teeth.

i got mine out on wednesday and now its friday and i've lost 10 pounds. its soooo hard to eat when you cant open your mouth more than a half inch.

so, current weight: 128 yeaaaaah baby!

oh god.... i havent updated in like, 2 weeks.

i'm so sorry! i've been really swamped with school and my friends and a break up. (eww)

but, luckily the stress has been good, because i dont have time to eat anymore. my diet lately has consisted of snowcones. it's awesome. haha.

i don't have much time to update, so i'm going to go.

i love you all, and keep on keepin on!♥

The last two days have been nothing but redbull and soup, mostly. I had one slice of pizza yesterday because I was at a theme park and let's face it, you can't go to a theme park with nothing on your stomach.

It was cool though, bowling for soup concert.

Ironic how it's bowling for soup and all i eat is soup. haha.

I didnt really have a chance to do formal working out yesterday, but I walked around the theme park and I was in the mosh pit, so I think that counts as something!

I'll get back to my yoga, pilates, and abs of steele tapes tonight though.

god, yesterday and today were SO stressful! I'm so sorry for not updating!

Yesterday, all I had all day was a redbull.(160) I didn't have time to eat anything. I did have time to do an hour's worth of yoga, and about 30 minutes of pilates, so I easily burned that off.

And today....

B- Redbull (160)
L- None
D- A piece of whole wheat bread

I did yoga for an hour, 30 minutes of pilates, and 30 minutes of abs of steel. (w00t!) I feel really good today though. I had a lot of energy all day and I noticed I didnt feel fat this morning. (yussss!)

And even better news, I lost 2 pounds! Yay!
