Sydney... I miss you ! Bye Bye !

I will take an early flight to return to Hong Kong this coming friday. It is really sad now because I need to re-build up connections with friends @ HK (p.s. I have more friends @ Australia than @ Hong Kong)  in the short future and more high-level challenges (e.g. job interviews, etc) are coming.

I want to talk to yan and get a definite answer of whether we can rebuild a 'normal' relationship between me and her. But how can i communicate with her ? Hopefully, she won't change her mobile phone number, otherwise, it is hopeless......

I got a happy afternoon with the Australian-grow-chinese girl last saturday. It is really hard to imagine how long this type of  friendship between me and her will last for. Anyway, thanks a lot.

I will leave SUV tomorrow afternoon and never come back to SUV. I lived in SUV for 2-plus years since I studied in University of Sydney. It is really like an alternative home for me. And, I got many memories from here.

Hong Kong is hot right now (33+ C with ~ 70% RH). I think I would not feel comfortable there even I got air-conditioner turned on all the time. Actually, I hate Summer until I saw tropical cyclones coming to HK. In the past few years, it seems that the sub-tropcial ridge (i.e. the major steering source of the tropical cyclones in the west pacific ocean) is not 'helpful' at all to allow the typhoons to come closer to Hong Kong. I dont know whether it is good or bad. Moreover, the official weather agency in HK (i.e. Hong Kong Observatory) just wants to break the record over time. They simply tighten the rules of issuing warning signals for the TCs affecting Hong Kong and rainstorms. For example, when most areas in Hong Kong is blowing at strong force because of the outer circulation of a tropical cyclone, HKO just put a warning statement in the weather report instead of issuing any warning signals. How Come ! HK people better do your own job to protect yourself !

Your view on yourself:

You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.

The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:

You are not looking merely for a girl/boyfriend - you are looking for your life partner. Perhaps you should be more open-minded about who you spend time with. The person you are looking for might hide their charm under their exterior.

Your readiness to commit to a relationship:

You prefer to get to know a person very well before deciding whether you will commit to the relationship.

The seriousness of your love:

You like to flirt and behave seductively. The opposite sex finds this very attractive, and that's why you'll always have admirers hanging off your arms. But how serious are you about choosing someone to be in a relationship with?

Your views on education

You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.

The right job for you:

You have plenty of dream jobs but have little chance of doing any of them if you don't focus on something in particular. You need to choose something and go for it to be happy and achieve success.

How do you view success:

You are confident that you will be successful in your chosen career and nothing will stop you from trying.

What are you most afraid of:

You are afraid of having no one to rely on in times of trouble. You don't ever want to be unable to take care of yourself. Independence is important to you.

Who is your true self:

You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

Birthday

Happy Birthday Ben !

Whenever I thought of the birthday greeting, I would think of my lover, Yan.

I really hope I can send birthday greeting message to her every year in my life.

Moreover, I hope she could forgive me before I died sometime later.

All the best ~ Yan !!
