Every once in a while, debate research yields a total gem. Too bad it's too old for extemp; but I'm happy for those poor Yale students anyway. Their crusade is not in vain.
In debate this year, we know that 90,000 people die from malpractice errors every year. I was unsettled to learn that something else, just as preventable as malpractice errors, kills just as many every year. Zach Robbins made a presentation that affected me very much. I hope that it makes its way around to others, as well.
