I DONT do requests. One reason is because I also have an htmlxanga to keep up with. I am just too busy sorry.  Here are some simple rules to keep ya in check...
1.) If you have a layout site, don't put my layouts on there without my permission. Ask me. But I'm pretty sure I'm going to say sure. 2.) Credit me. You can change the layouts around if you want. But Leave the link at the top. 3.) Please subscribe if you use the layouts! 4.) If you do use a layout, let me know. I'm not saying that you have to tell me which specific one that you use, but let me know that you are using one. 5.) I'm doing mainly retro, and throwing in a little other things in there. 6.) If you don't like my layouts, I really could not give a shit. Don't waste your time by leaving a comment telling me you don't. I'll just block you ^^
