| Attn: all NetflixersIn case you haven't noticed, Netflix has much improved their "Instant watching" section. If you don't have Netflix, I'll explain. They have a new section on their site that you can watch movies instantly. Just click the Play button. But up until recently, you could only find crap movies there(ie- bad horror, awful acting, or just really old stuff). See, they don't let you watch just anything, they have just a small selection. But, all that to say, they have started putting up better movies. And, I've been watching them all weekend. Here's what I've seen: King of California - a fabulous movie! Everyone should see it!!! Vanity Fair - good, long, slightly sad The Good German - awesome for those who love Film Noir, which I do. Driving Miss Daisy - I saw this for the first time, and I couldn't believe I'd never seen it! I can't even put it in to words how great it was! The Contract - decent Cusack film. Gracie - tear jerker, and I usually don't like that, but this was very good. Holiday - an old favorite Katharine Hepburn film I hadn't seen in years. funny stuff! (may watch Bringing up Baby today! hehe) I've also seen a few other movies recently, while I'm at it: War - Jason Statham and Jet Li, how can you go wrong? Chaos - Jason Statham. love him, good movie. We Own the Night - good. definitely worth seeing. Bee Movie - haha! pretty funny. Should get Revolver tomorrow. can't wait to see that one. |
