YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY OMG THERE'S THIS THING I'M OBSESSED WITH THAT I SAW IN TAIWAN THAT COMES FROM JAPAN WHICH IS THOSE PHOTO BOOTHS EXCEPT THEY'RE REALLY BIG AND THERE ARE FLASHING PROFESSIONAL LIGHTS AND AFTER YOU TAKE THE PICS YOU GO TO THIS LITTLE BOOTH ON THE SIDE AND DECORATE THE PICTURES ON THE COMPUTER WITH LITTLE HEARTS AND DRAWINGS AND DECORATIONS AND IT'S SOOOOOOOOOOOOO COOL...
AND THEY HAVE SOME IN J-TOWN!!!!! J-TOWN ROCKS!!!!!! AND I DID IT WITH ATHENA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS FIVE DOLLARS BUT WHO CARES!!!!!!!!! AND I LOOK TOTALLY DORKY BUT THAT'S OK!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry Athena, I originally divided up the pics so that they were separate when I posted them, but the computer's weird and it takes a really long time to load just one picture, so I'm just doing all of them together.

But in Taiwan there are like, 15 booths in one "photobooth" store so the staff helps you decorate it(they're experts) and chop the pics so that they're not a big huge mass and they put on glitter and stuff(which looks really cool)... We don't have that here... But that's ok!! Here are the pics of me w/ my cousins. I'm in pink.

Well, it was the most awesomest thing in the whole entire world, guys... Thank you SOOO much.....

to Zoey, for her amazing work on all of our costumes; for getting us to go; doing all the registration; working endlessly to get eveerything prepared; housing us; applying our make-up

to Zoey's mom, for driving us there and sacrificing a whole day just for our sakes

Went to Zoey's house around 11, put on costumes and make-up, drove to J-town in SF, yaddy yaddy yah.

When we arrived, it was raining.

So at first we ran to that building near the Peace Plaza and Pagoda(ok, every building we went to was close to the plaza, but w/e) and when we walked in, there were no signs of a convention, anywhere. We only saw about two other ppl dressed up as anime characters... but everyone else was normal. Everyone was staring at us oddly, since we looked like a little circus or something... lol We thought we were in the wrong place.

But after searching the building, we found where the "registrating booth" was(we pre-registered)... On the other side of the building. And we got these really cool and important-looking badges!!

Yeah. So right after we got our badges and walked away from the booth, we met these three Fullmetal Alchemist ppl!! And they were dressed really really well, and they were all girls dressing up as guys. And they were like, screaming because they recognized us(or rather, our characters) and they came and hugged us and we hugged them because we were screaming too since we love FMA, etc etc etc... And then this guy with a huge camera asked to take a group shot of us and we did that and then someone recognized Athena and said that she was really cute and they hugged and we were like "aw" and then yeah. This all happened in the matter of... about three minutes. o_O

There were these DDR pads and everyone was playing and it was soo cool and we really wanted to play even though we knew that we'd be playing a lot anyways at Zoey's house... But anyhow, we were able to get Zoey to play and she rocked.

When we went to the buying-stuff-vending-stall-place-thing-place, it was soo cool but soo expensive... They were selling tiny plushies for $14!! *faint* I'm poor, you know!! But Athena and I each got matching calenders that are really cute that are from Di Gi Charat... OMG, she bought it for $18 and we went to another place and I got it for $14. And she couldn't return hers. What a ripoff.
Plus, we got these really adorable posters, also from Di Gi Charat. Athena got two and I got one... Each was $3.

Ok, now I really have to tell you guys about the photos and the other ppl. At first, I was keeping track of how many times we were asked to take a photo, but I lost track... Probably around 25 group shots, and for a third of those, the person asked for individual photos. Maybe about 5-10 ppl asked for me.... Ha ha... n///n That was fun... Except whenever it was my turn, I'd smile and strike a pose or whatever, and then I'd look at the picture(if it was a digital) and I'd look SOO ugly... T_T

Zoey aka Itachi was SOOOO popular. Everyone would stop her and be like, "OMG, I'm such a big Itachi-fan!! *hug* I love you so much!!" It made sense.... After all, Zoey was the one and only Itachi at the con, and her costume was amazing... And those blood-red contacts? *faint*

A lot of people also asked for pics of Zoey and Justine aka Itachi and Sasuke(they're bro's that hate each other) posing. It was awesome. They'd look like they were beating each other up, and their face expressions were SOO realistic. OMG, did you know that Justine used to be a Gap model? No wonder she's so good at this kind of stuff. Bravo to both of you!!

Athena was really cool, too. We found another Orochimaru (girl), except she actually looked creepy and a lot like Oro... Her face was pale and all. In contrast, Athena's face was rounder and much cuter. It was fun to compare the two in the pic we took of them both together.

It was fun to have lots of people recognize me as Summoner Yuna and stop me for a photo. I know that's really self-centered of me, but I can't help it... It's probably the closest to being noticed by people as I will be ever. But seriously! Tee hee... I felt so proud of my costume that my friends worked so hard on. Thank you!!

And where are the pics of Justine and Zoey? They had the best costumes. And there was this scene of them beating each other up.

Near the end of the day, we went to this voice-acting workshop with this famous voice actor. I wanted to volunteer for the monologues, but I guess she didn't see my hand... Oh well.

Which reminds me, I still need to get my Battle Angel audition pics. They're due tomorrow.Ohhhhh shoot.

Oh well.

We stayed from about 12-9 PM... That's nine hours. But it was definitely worth it...

So we went to Zoey's house for the sleepover, and we played DDR for about 1 hr-1 1/2 hrs. YAY I LOVE DDR I LOVE DDR I LOVE DDR And there was like, sand or something all over the pads and ground, but that's ok.... And then we watched the Final Fantasy movie "Advent Children" which is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good.... The animation was so realistic that it was freaky!! And the battle scenes were amazing...

Yeah, so we woke up around eight today, played more DDR, ate, played DDR, packed up, played DDR, and yeah. That was it. THANK YOU ZOEY AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
