punkmunkyz - no one. I guess it's outdated from Cabana 1.0

dorfiesis - just as Webster cannot lay claim to coining all the words in his dictionary, these are not all mine. I can take full credit for ELF, partial credit for some of the others, and the rest I am just helping to popularize :)
