To become thin
Are you ready?
The new year is here and i bet u girls are tired of being FAT. I know I am. Well, you don't have to be. This challenge is for u girls who are ready to become thin and gorgeous for the year 2007. This is the way i'll run the challenge: I'll provide 4 different plans that you girls will follow each week(look below). You're only required to follow one plan per week. This is so you can experiment and find a plan that suits you. If none of the plans seem to work for you, you can either drop out of the challenge or suggest a plan that u will like to follow. Get ready to say good-bye to FAT and hello to THIN!!

The Plans
Plan 1

2468 - The name speaks for itself. First, you start the week with eating 200 calories one day then the next day you eat 400 calories a day and so on. You then repeat the cycle until the week is over. This is very effective and is great for re-generating your metabolism.

Plan 2

500 calories a day - You will consume a maximum of 500 calories each day for the week.

Plan 3

Normal Intake - You can consume a maximum of 1200 calories each day for this week. If you follow this plan, you are also required to have at least 30 minutes of exercise(cardio, strength training, e.t.c) three days during the week.

Plan 4

Fruit fast - The name speaks for itself. Basically, on this plan, you will eat nothing but fruits and 100% fruit juices. This doesn't mean to go ahead and binge on fruits. Instead, just make them your meals. This is a challenging plan and is only for those who can stick to it.

Plan 5

Liquid fast - Lat time, a number of people requested this plan so it's been included. On this plan, you only intake liquids such as juices, teas, diet sodas, and water which is essential. This is actually less challenging that the fruit fast for some but you shoull only choose this plan if you're gonna be able to stick to it.

Compulsory Plan (all participants do this)

You must have at least 15 minutes of cardio (walking, jogging, running, swimming, e.t.c) and 64oz. of water each day. This is a must for the people who choose Plans 1 through 3. For those on Plans 4 and 5, you are only required to intake at least 64 oz. of water each day.

Questions/Answers

Ok, some of you have brought up some very good questions and they will be answered in this post. Sign-ups are still opened in the next post(below) and this is only a question and anwer pot.

Q: Are there any points for the challenge?

A: Well, in the literal sense, NO. There's no point system. You simply have to try to stick to ur week's plan and then report back here. If you've reached ur week goal's weight by the week's end then you've earned "points" and you're encouraged to reward yourself anyway you please(except with food)

 

Q: What about exercise and calorie intake?

A: Your calorie intake depends on the plan you chose (check side modules). As for exercise, it matters this week 'cause the focus is on exercise and water intake. You simply have to try your best to stick to the plan you chose. Of course, this doesn't mean you shouldn't exercise. I'm just trying to make it easier for those of you who haven't been in challenges before.

Q: What happens if you've lost some weight before January 1st?

A: Well, you simply have to inform me and i'll change your info.

Q: What if sign-ups are closed and i wanna join?

A: Well, let me know and i'll put you on the waiting list. You might replace some-one who drops out at the last minute or you might be first in line for the next week's challenge.

Q: What if something comes up and i have to drop out?

A: Let me know immediately and i'll have someone on the waiting list replace you.
