Well, for those of you who &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;still&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt; don't understand the challenge, i don't have time to explain to you but you can read the post &lt;STRONG&gt;below&lt;/STRONG&gt; to see if they are answers to the questions you have. Ok, i haven't &lt;U&gt;yet&lt;/U&gt; updated the teams site so for now, if you've signed up, just go with the plan that you chose until i can update the teams. Sign-ups are still &lt;STRONG&gt;opened&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the &lt;EM&gt;next&lt;/EM&gt; post(below) and this is only a question and anwer pot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q: &lt;EM&gt;Are there any points for the challenge?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Well, in the literal sense, &lt;STRONG&gt;NO&lt;/STRONG&gt;. There's no point system. You simply have to try to stick to ur week's plan and then report back here. If you've reached ur week goal's weight by the week's end then you've earned &lt;EM&gt;"points"&lt;/EM&gt; and you're&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;encouraged&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; to reward yourself anyway you please&lt;EM&gt;(except&lt;/EM&gt; with food)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q: &lt;EM&gt;What about exercise and calorie intake?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Your calorie intake depends on the plan you chose (check side modules). As for exercise,&amp;nbsp;it matters this week 'cause the focus is on &lt;STRONG&gt;exercise&lt;/STRONG&gt; and&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;water intake&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;. You simply&amp;nbsp;have to try your best to stick to the plan you chose. Of course, this doesn't mean you shouldn't exercise. I'm just trying to make it &lt;EM&gt;easier&lt;/EM&gt; for those of you who haven't been in challenges before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q: &lt;EM&gt;What happens if you've lost some weight before January 1st?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Well, you simply have to &lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;inform&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; me and i'll change your info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q: &lt;EM&gt;What if sign-ups are &lt;U&gt;closed&lt;/U&gt; and i wanna join?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Well, let me know and i'll put you on the &lt;STRONG&gt;waiting list&lt;/STRONG&gt;. You &lt;EM&gt;might&lt;/EM&gt; replace some-one who drops out at the last minute or you might be first in line for the next week's challenge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q: &lt;EM&gt;What if something comes up and i have to drop out?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A: Let me know &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;immediately&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and i'll have someone on the waiting list replace you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sign-ups are currently still &lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;opened&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;.
