heyy everyone!!! thanks for all the comments... it shows that people care <3 well i dont think i did tooo good today... im trying though... im just a food-a-holic ... and im trying not to... i have 14 days now to lose 10
pounds... and then im off to camp for 4 weeks, were it shall be easy to
lose weight... im gonna exercise alottt... but you have to eat there
cause like if you dont and you do all the activities its very easy to
pass out and get heat stroke, and the consolors are up our asses about
eating, cause were at the age where we are concious about our bodies
around the hot boys!!! lollll... well im sooo excited about camp its my
6th year and i love it to death...
food for the day
b- speical k bar--90
l- grilled cheese low fat cheese-- over 250 
d- colcuts, turkey, cornbeef, little potatoe salad-- no idea
2 water bottles
snacks--
south beach crackers--100
dairy queen... its 98% fat free ice cream, i guess thats ok???
exercise--
2 mile walk-- crunches and push ups
*tips for the day*
move around as much as possible... it burns more calories...dont be
afraid to ask your parents if you can wash there car, or do something
productive to help them out....
