well its been a little while since i last wrote... have been doing ok...

exercising... yes yes... the past 2 or 3 days ive been eating pretty good
and when i got high,  i didnt eat anything i just walked around the neighborhood...

i only got 2 comments last time ... 10 days till camp!!! im so excited....
i hope everyone is doing good!!!!!!! everyone better stay strongggg <3333

heyy everyone!!! thanks for all the comments... it shows that people care <3 well i dont think i did tooo good today... im trying though... im just a food-a-holic ... and im trying not to... i have 14 days now to lose 10 pounds... and then im off to camp for 4 weeks, were it shall be easy to lose weight... im gonna exercise alottt... but you have to eat there cause like if you dont and you do all the activities its very easy to pass out and get heat stroke, and the consolors are up our asses about eating, cause were at the age where we are concious about our bodies around the hot boys!!! lollll... well im sooo excited about camp its my 6th year and i love it to death...

food for the day

b- speical k bar--90

l- grilled cheese low fat cheese-- over 250

d- colcuts, turkey, cornbeef, little potatoe salad-- no idea

2 water bottles

snacks--

south beach crackers--100

dairy queen... its 98% fat free ice cream, i guess thats ok???

exercise--

2 mile walk-- crunches and push ups

*tips for the day*

move around as much as possible... it burns more calories...dont be afraid to ask your parents if you can wash there car, or do something productive to help them out....

well this is my first entry, and to let all of you know i am not aneorxic, nor can i spell it...lol, i have nothing against people who are, and i am doing this so i can keep track of things for myself..... welll....

i leave for camp in 16 days, and i really want to be under 130 pounds by then and that means 6 pounds... i think i can do it, i really hope i can... so just leave me comments of tips and things to help me... thanks girls <3

intake today

breakfast- cinnamon toast crunch--sip of o.j.
lunch- some left over chinese chicken with string
beans, there was barely anything and i had soup
snack-- ice pop and low fat cookie
dinner-- handful of pasta and bread

ritas misto... bad i know but i had to

and a 2 mile walk... so i guess that is good...

well im going to be getting laxatives too... so that helps? i think??

*tip for the day*
when your in the shower... between each thing that you
do to make yourself clean and whatever.....

do like pleays-- you know that dancers do... do about
4 sets of 8... it hurts, and like against the wall do
pushups... and make the water hott, so u sweat a bit
and if your shower is big enough... do crunches...

dont do to much cause your dont want to passout or
something in the shower.... <3
