the early semester post (probably the last)

some random things to brag .. or did i mean blog.. about b/c of course its always at 2am when everyone unleashes their deepest and darkest thoughts right?

1. everytime i walk into the house or out of my room there is ALWAYS 1 out of 2 possible people playing mario kart. you think im exaggerating but im serious..
    a. when i get up in the morning theyre playing before school
    b. when i come back from school someone is claiming their 'breaktime'
    c. dinner.. of course.
    d. just NOW!?!?! at 2am again claiming break time
and of course the winner of all situations:
    e. we are doing a group project (we are in the same group) and without fail during the meeting... still racing away

and guess how long i have lived with them? one week.
moral: girls dont marry gamers.

2. scenario: if you are going to get a copy of a key made where do you go?
    a. locksmith b/c its specialty and its going to cost $100
    b. home depot b/c you will go there 3 times b/c they used the wrong template and b/c the key 'master' is a hippie from the 80s and will try             to score a date with you after his shift is over
    c. walmart b/c .. wait do they make keys?
moral: home depot sucks and even though walmart is an evil corporation it is still good for some thing

free consultation for everyone

did you know...
that the most cost saving and effective sunscreen is at SPF 30?

SPF 15 blocks 93% UVB rays
SPF 30 blocks 96.7% UVB rays
SPF 40 blocks 97.2%
SPF 60 blocks 98.6%

so what we see here is that after SPF 30, the percentage is negligible compared to cost, which will exponentially increase if you buy SPF 40 and higher.

and when you are trying to decide which SPF 30 sunscreen (youre going to buy spf 30 from now on right?) you are going to use.. make sure to get one with UVA and UVB protection, and preferably one that contains titanium dioxide (TiO2)... so look at the ingredients on the back
(titanium dioxide is a sunBLOCK, which means it deflects sun rays instead of just screening/filtering them)

okay.. back to studying for finals.

Atonement

sorry did i fall off the face of the earth? YES.. YEs.. Yes... yes.. (sad attempt at mimicking the echo that happens when you fall into a black hole).

i think my lips are allergic to menthol. and i currently do not enjoy the company of humans. esp when our next door neighbors play pinata music outside.yesterday our redneck neighbor with a really long mullet yelled at them to stop the fiesta music (the difference b/t pinata and fiesta is the screaming tweety trumpet)

is it possible to cure stage fright, and after probably 20 years of that it is over.

i also think that being insightful when you really arent is kind of sad. thats why i have nothing to say here because i might be an impostor, but one day i hope to write something very transparent and thoughtless (i know normal people want to expose their thoughtfulness but when i THINK it actually makes me not want to say things)

back to learning about the amazing world of farming.
