| | NZ on Sunday!!!OK - I know I know!! I've been extremely slack at updating so here goes;
Drowned car was written off and I have a brand new (real 4wd) car and it matches my hair colour.
Yep - bright red!! hehehe I love it and it has girly car seat covers just to add a touch of character.
I had my birthday - first time in years I didn't have a party - but had a great birthday anyway.
I met with the Commissioner of Police in relation to the problems I've been having at work - he was lovely!! A very approachable man - its a pity that he retired the day after my birthday - but still, he has helped me with a transfer to another location - well at least getting that in the pipeline.
Yes Im still having problems at work but hopefully this will all change soon. Doesn't mean Im going to stop fighting for what I feel is right - I have a right to work in a safe environment free from bullying and harrassment.
AND Im heading over to NZ on Sunday!!! WOOHOO!!!!!! A much deserved holiday. Gary is coming with me - he has never been to NZ so this is going to be so much fun!
I worked out that I have been living in Australia for nearly 11 years and during this time no-one has come back to NZ with me - not even one of my closest friends. We have talked about it but it has never happened. So this is really an important part of my life, to be able to show someone I care about very much, my home country.
So I am officially on holidays now - last shift finished 7am Thursday morning. I am procrastinating at the moment - have too much to do - washing clothes, packing, getting house clean enough to leave, oh its all too hard!!!
So there you have it - a catch up on the last few months - definately a very brief report - I've had some fairly major dramas along the way but it would take too much to write it all down - since when has my life ever been boring?????
