toil, toil in trouble, worked so hard now season on the bubble.

in retrospect to last year's end of the season debacle, do i really want to support a hungry greedy team that is only in it for the money? last year they earned more than 160 millions iin revenue, yet fail on putting a winning team on the field and aquire a powerhouse player. aside from the pitching staff, the team is very potent on winning it all. but the cubs was too invovled of what was going on - not on the field, butrather off. do i really want to support a bunch of cry babies.....from the players to managers to executives?

this new season is different, very true. but remember some of these cubs individuals have too concern of their pride than to win. (ex. dusty baker - will not put in starting pitchers to close games bacause thats not their role in the team...@#$)* that WIN it damn, put pride aside) should i suppor that?

but then again, i must admit i enjoy the stuggles of a team...the tragic outcome and the element of failure. misery loves company. as much as we want them to win, yet can't win but we're always on their side for support, yet don't win. EHHH! i hat it! i hate it! but why am i with it!??!  why? misery loves company. we enjoy and are entertained the failures and comedic tragedy of people.

the trials and tribulation is what im  in it for...but knowing the history and unfortunate chiacago cubs events have been living state for failure for just aboud 90+ years. what if they do win and are victors of the  game, will the pain stop? yes. it will. will we continue rooting them strong as we current are? no.

stop the bleeding. all attention is towards our pain and the blood stream down. stop the bleeding. stop the bleeding. the only way to stop the outcry is to win. stop the bleeding. ok. now we win. now we bandaged the bleeding by winning the series. where will our attention go to next? southside sox. ahh no. rather root for the kane county cougars. go cougars aka Florida marlins.

but with all the conclusive evidence and past experience...i am a cubs fan. i do enjoy the bleeding. i long and am entertained of the rocky marriage with the friendly confines. i do appreciate the city's short comings. but most of all, i love to cry during the 7th inning strech.

i am buying tickets and will continue to bleed cubbie blue. i am who i am....a cubs fan.

my last entry was on valentines day. a day of feeling the warmth with the significant other and being with someone you care about. to some it is one of the most beautiful day of the year, to others its a day of showing your love your special someone. personally. valentines day is only but a hallmark holiday. a day where the ladies/girlfriend/wives get what they want. the irony of  this year's valetines days is that this year's valentines day is a week after the superbowl. superbowl- a man's holiday where men talk about football and enjoy the wicked violence of a sport. a man's holiday.

but in retrospect of my views of the hallmark holiday, it was actually a lovely day. valentines day was a day where i finally got my karma. months of dead jobs and odd jobs, i finally got something i can respect. i knew a good opportunity was knocking away and it did..on valentines day. this position atd downtown chicago required 3 m interviews, the last with a panel interview with regional mananger from Cleveland. YES I'M IN! feeling jolly and cheesy, i knew that this line of work at interational business machine will require to learn new skills. skills that i have little knowledge of, yet a wonderful opportunity and a challenge i will look forward to! by the way, i work at IBM with the TEC group as a ibm server tech.

maybe next's years hallmark holiday will be a different story. hopefully my politicial views of two fourteen and give me a better perspective in life and be content. hopefully someone can give an opportunity and receive my karma. i guess we'll find out soon enough. but for now i gotta go back reading about the ibm servers. HOLLA!

What I think of Valentines Day
hearts and roses and kisses galore....
what the heck is all that junk for
people get mushy and start acting weird
Its definitely the most annoying day of the year
this day needs to be over with the end is near
before I shove a dozen roses up cupid's rear
I'll spend the day so drunk I can't speak
and wear all black for the rest of the week
guys act all sweet but soon it will fade
for all they are doing is trying to get laid
the arrow cupid shot at me must not have hit
because I think love is a bunch of shit
so theres my story.....what can say
love bites.....Screw VALENTINE'S DAY!!

HB's here i come!!!!
