Go forth, O daughters of Zion, and see King Solomon with the crown Which his mother crowned him On the day of his wedding, The day of the gladness of His heart!

My Lord,

There is a crown You long for more than any other crown. I long to crown You with my voluntary love. This is the crown that You will be crowned with on our wedding day, and it is all I have to give You. I cannot wait for that day when the Church from throughout all history will crown You as King with their love. That will only happen when the Church responds to You in a personal way, and I want to respond to You in our own personal way, Lord. For this is the great purpose of it all... For You to receive the true gladness of Your heart!

Dangerous but Safe

I recently told a friend...

"If I had to choose between the two, this I what I would...
So often I have seen that people are given a choice between where there extravagance lies. Either it is in their mortal life or in their relationship with God.
More than anything, I long to live a life of simplicity. I don't want to drive a Lexus or live at the top of my means, but rather throw all of that time, effort, desire, and love into something real... my relationship with God.
Because when it is all said and done... on that day when I finally see beautiful His face, I want to reap the rewards of choosing a simplistic life and bank on all of those years I spent living extravagantly in Him."

Will you do that with me? Because as for me... I have to live for Onething or Nothing
