Random thoughts ... after my first seat
Yesterday marked the last working day of my first seat. When i was writing my handover note, I realized that I was briefly involved in quite a number of cases. The past six month was a taste of the life of a litigator.
I am undecided on my practice area. I will continue my search in the remaining 18 months.
After I completed the appraisal with my supervising partner, I started to clean up my desk. Piles of paper was printed and wasted... all in the recycle bin now. Owing to my training, I now have a habit to hit the print button all the time.

First Day of Real Work Tomorrow
first week of induction went by quickly - induction was more like back to school, making me realized how much i forgot.
quite a nice surprise to have a well balanced batch of trainees (M:F = 4:4).
My new business card reminds me that I am back into the business world...
