| Huzza! I finished my second semester and I'm back on the President's List. And there was much rejoicing. :D
In other news, I'm going back to Hamilton tomorrow (I've been hanging out with my ATL friends, as I mentioned). It's storming today, but not tomorrow, so that is good for traveling plans. I am tired. I have actually been tired since school ended on Friday... I think it's because I've really been tired for MUCH longer than that, but my body finally realizes that it can relax and stop running on adrenaline, or whatever it was doing to stay alive during exam week (and that was one heck of a week, for many reasons)... and so it's realized that it's very tired and wants to go to bed before midnight. Which it has been doing.
Anyway, I am just rambling... there's really not much else to say... so I'll sign off for now. I'm excited about seeing my family tomorrow... *Hugs to all* |

| So, I am officially a sophomore in college.
Wow.
Anyhoo, I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon, heading to Fairburn to Lyn's house for the better part of the week. She and Kristin and I are going to hang out, and Melinda too. We're going to the Renaissance Festival. Huzzah!
And after that... home for the summer! I'll be going to see "Proof" next weekend at the Springer (hurray for Jens, who owned this season), then heading up to Virginia for Helen's graduation the next weekend, and then Springer Academy starts the last week of May. I cannot WAIT.
So here's my list of fun things to do over the summer:
- Read lots of good books - Spend time philosophizing and being peaceful in the woods - Hang out with Glim and Helen (especially at Barnes & Noble, because that place is so cool, especially when you don't have to study!!!!) - Work at the Springer and spend time with all my amazing theatre people - Hang out with Margaret, and also the Hollaways, and the Hulings, and other cool people who live at home - Maybe make some recordings (with Glim and Skye and Beth) at a recording studio in LaGrange - Watch lots of good movies - Write (which I haven't really done for a while, except for songs and poetry) - Play some Myth II (it's an awesome game) - Have lots of God time, and me time too (did I mention the woods) - Hang out with my ATL peeps... and swing dancing at Tech!! - Go shopping for the new clothes I desperately need (and I need to make a list) - And I have 3 months to do all that in! YES!
I feel like pictures.
This was when we went to breakfast at Dr. Kopp's house (our beloved Great Books professor from last semester) a few weeks ago. This is Adri and Dr. Kopp's youngest child (he has 4), Gabriel.
A nice candid shot of Stephanie and Adrianna.
I really love this one of me and Kristin.
Also this one of me, Kristin and Lyn.
All of us at the chorus concert (that would be me, Stephanie, Adri, Laura, Melinda, Lyn, Andy and Kristin). Notice the color my hair looks? That's how I'm going to get it dyed.
Now I'm going to pack. Woohoo. |
