before meeting up at a friend's house...I'm in my sis's car. Ivan's driving his own with Wayne and Felix. He calls me.
Ivan: "Hey moo... can you get me something to eat? If you buy me something, i'll get you something nice..."
me (excited): "really?... nice... i'll get u something from along the way."
at the deli,
me: "So what do you want?"
Wayne (speaking for Ivan as he drives): "Nevermind...it doesn't matter actually."
me: "So what was the surprise anyway?"
Wayne/ Ivan: "Oh... a BIG... NICE.... hug. ok thanks moo"
me: "oh ok"... Don't get me wrong i like hugs... but ivan built it up to be something else
In the lobby of our fren's bldg, me with a bag of food... and him with a Best buy bag with Felix and Wayne by his side, smiling. Ivan: Here you go moo
It turned out to be a Palm T/X!!!
So among friends, Ivan received much PDA (via hugs) for my new PDA last night.
Outside of rent, this is one of few things i had been saving up for this summer. So I was really touched that he surprised me with it. To be honest, I was aiming for a Pocket PC (which runs on Windows), but after reading that this is the top pick among PDAs, who am i to argue. =D
