Salad (w/dressing) throughout day - 100

Pasta - 600

Some oatmeal - 100

800, that's really good. I mean, I ate. It's healthy. It's not gross. Being hungry is such a good feeling, but I ate. And I ate well! It was enjoyable.

- I am contemplaiting matters of this cling and clatter...

I got in a huge fight with my boyfriend. Not plesent at all. On a happier note...

Oatmeal Bar -220

Another -220

Pasta - 300

Pizza - 300

1040, I can handle that. Especially after work today! God, I wouldn't have eaten anything if I hadn't of burned so many calories at work. They say not to climb the stock shelves at work, and they say not to help more than one customer at a time... but we end up helping three, and we never use a ladder. I must have burned a thousand calories, I am so dead serious. I was (gross) sweaty, and tired, and I swear I felt my makeup dripping....ok, not really, but I don't feel bad about eating at all, because every calorie I ate, I KNOW I burned off. Every single one.

Not a bad day... except the reminants of this argument. Oh well, I'll put on some music and all will be well.

The body is the best tool you will be given in this life.

Part of this is increadably obvious: without your body, you aren't you. It takes a body and a mind, and whatever you wish to call a "soul" to make you complete.

But in a semi-less-realistic sense, without your body, you can't express yourself. No singing, dancing, acting, directing, reading, writing, editing, fixing.... and no showing off yourself!

Admit it, we all like to look good. Even if some people don't work as hard as it, or don't spend as much on it, we all like to be beautiful. So. After this horrid yet beautiful soliliquy of mine, I have to end it by simply saying that this is yet another calorie blog. I know you hate them, so don't read it. But for the rest of you who understand the wonderousness of calorie blogs, nice to see you.
