I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Colorado once again! I didn't get very many picures taken as I wanted to though, but I got only a few.

I got to see"my baby" and had her for two days even though it seemed like two minutes! Kaitlyn is growing up so fast! It was so much fun to finally see her walk on her chubby little legs and hear her giggle and laugh. She had fun playing with Josiah too and romping with the other kids.

I also had fun seeing everyone again. A big huge thankyou to Andy and Esther for letting me stay at their place for the week. It was also great seeing Rhonda and Chelle once again! Miss you guys so much! It was great fun being a part of Chelle's birthday party which was the perfect candlelight dinner. (Sorry about no pictures.) Also I went over to Central household and visited with Chris and K-street to see their household once again! I also got to see Glenn and Leona and their new house.( Man! Now I'm getting really mad at myself for not taking enough pictures!)

Then I went up to the beautiful Westcliffe and Leah and I went four-wheeling for one afternoon.

All in all it was a very wonderful amazing trip out and I have a feeling it won't be the last!

What an awesome God we have and serve! When I got home from CO, I was praying that God would show me in the next step and He did! There is a doctor that I know who is expecting her first child in September and would like for me to be her nanny. So if everything works out, I will be a full-time nanny in a couple months once again! I will probably keep on with my bakeshop job until October sometime. I am so excited that God has led me in this direction.

Well this is another post without pics. Man it seems like so long since I've updated! I figured out I have 5 days left here. In a way I can't imagine leaving since this has been my home for almost 16 months! Yet it isn't. I feel torn. Kaitlyn will probably still be here when I leave. She is going to her aunt, but we're not sure now when that will take place. It could happen before I leave.... we're just not sure, but that's the way NHM life is out here. I am going to miss that little girl so much. I am going to feel very emty armed for a while but yet I'm glad she has a place to go with family.

Just another update, yesterday Shawna, (Kaitlyn's mom) called and said she's back in Denver prison. She wants to start having visits with Kaitlyn again. It's been over 2 months since her escape and she says she wants to re-establish her bond with Kaitlyn which was good to hear. Things can change so fast around here. I can just pray for the best.

To all you friends out there, this is another update. Yesterday we found out the Kaitlyn's mom escaped from the haven again. This time she didn't come back and they have not found her yet. Right now Kaitlyn's future is up in the air. She could easily stay at New Horizons for a long time.

Sometimes I'm tempted to ask God why? why? why? But once again I am reminded that He is in control of every little situation in out lives and I am so ever grateful that there is Someone more powerful in control of our lives then we could ever be.

Right now I am just continuing to pray for Shawna and Kaitlyn and her future.
