*sigh* Taking on an ambitious summer music/film project for fun.  Should keep me busy.

I'm going to *try* to make a film that is my interpretation of the wonderful David Bowie concept album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.

Wow.  I've already started working on the script though.  I mean, I think I could do it, but it would just be amateur.  Maybe later in my career I would make a big-budget version, but I think this could produce intresting results.  I just have to work everything out first.  And I need actors.  I can always dub over vocals if neccessary.  I just...gotta get my camera fixed.  lol.

I will after I have my job and earn some money.  Carmkie, thankfully, is always looking for new workers.  I can't start working there until after I get back from vacation, and get my driver's lisence.  I can't wait though.  To start my career in film working in a movie theater.

Hmmm...I should write something.

I don't really know what to write, though.  I suppose I will post some reviews later.  I feel a lot more able to express my opinions of movies than music, for some odd reason.

Well, as far as my music career goes, I am now in the select P.T. Chorale choir at my school.  It is an audition choir made up of just girls.  I tried out with the song "Christmas" from the album Tommy.  I didn't do that great on the song, but I did awesome with the sight reading.

My solo piece for Solo/Ensamble this year is "The Water is Wide."  It's in English.  Usually, by this age, most songs in the contest are in a foreign language, but I felt more of a connection to this song.

For our "Moulin Rouge" performance this year, the theme is the 1970's.  So many songs to choose from...I have to narrow it down from this list, but I could do: 1) Life on Mars? - David Bowie (acoustic, Seu Jorge like) 2) King Tut (for a laugh, with Collie and Kelly) 3) God Save the Queen (with other people, dressed in punk style).  And there are many other songs I could do because I already know them by heart.  I love 1970's music.  I could do something Pink Floyd...
