mmmmmmm...espresso chip ice cream.
bio is wonderful-MICROPIPETS! YAAAAAAY! i didn't realize our school even HAD micropipets. hopefully our minipreps worked, so we can digest and run gels. GELS! I even had GEL DAY in big letters on my spin book and we didn't run them today. oh well. maybe they'll move the test so we can run them on friday. except they wouldn't do that, so we'll probably end up running them on monday. GELS CAUSE EXCITEMENT!
Or maybe that's just the espresso chip talking.

wow...i haven't updated in over a month, even though I theoretically have more time now that i'm into college and am a SECOND SEMESTER SENIOR!

so random thoughts I was going to post and didn't because i'm a workaholic and such. Wicked was awesomely awesome. "We can't all travel by bubble". "That's all right, Doctor Dillamund. I don't have any friends" and others. Stephanie J. Block was amazing, really amazing. I wish I could have seen it again, but it would never be the same as that first time. i hate to admit it, but my dad's right. New year's resolutions. I didn't make any. they're just things to break, there are better things to break out there, like the skulls of inconsiderate and extremely overtly biased people. exams bite.

I randomly saw Eva (yes, Eva Klinman from middle school, for those of you who remember) at the rockville metro station two days ago. kind of ironic-we tried to get together for lunch for a week over the summer, and then we run into each other at the metro station. i didn't get a chance to say congrats about MIT.

yesterday with Alessandra, Michelle, Carly, Adriana, Eszter, Laura and Neena was wonderful. *mo *ddr *because ---- is out of his mind! *orbs *melted pizza *elliot *wheee!! *mommy, it smells bad in here!

that was special. life is good.

Pride and Prejudice was amazing! if you have not had the pleasure of being in it, or watching it, GO SEE IT-Thursday at 2.30 and Friday and Saturday at 7.30.

I find myself missing Italy more and more each day. Mostly it's because I was surrounded by beautiful buildings and artwork and countryside (Tuuuuuuscany), but also a smallpart because almost everyone was so carefree-we'd just gotten out on school, and no one had to be anywhere except check-in points or do anything remotely like work (singing is most definitely NOT work). I wasn't responsible for any reports or labs or readings or quizzes or tests or anything save myself. and I liked that. I feel almost like Emma Bovary, pining for the ball, counting the days and weeks and months since the span of days I spent in one of the bost beautiful places in the world. I think the reason so many people don't like Emma Bovary is because we conciously or unconsiously see too much of ourselves in her.

i should have been a troubador five hundred years ago.
