| I was proctoring and grading the gen bio exam yesterday. when we were grading, we found this girl who wrote "i can't see at all" in korean, and then erased it, but the pencil mark was still quite visible. i bet she was cheating. and her exam had to be graded by the only korean bio ta, talk about back lucky haha.

| Went to VA yesterday and had way too much meat. I was so full that it was painful to stand up. after meat-feast we went bowling and shopping at chinese supermarket. great day! | | |
| omg im once again half a cripple. broke my back again and it seems like the resurgence of an old injury since the shearing pain comes from the exact same spot. but how on earth did i hurt my back when curling? maybe it's because of the lateral pullup before curling? who knows. the important thing is that i can still play badminton (i know because i just came back from it), though only half-court since i am 50% motion impaired. i have no degree of rotation in my lower back and waist. well i CAN bend in my midsection if i was willing to endure immense amount of pain. but know that it's quite a work out moving around on the court while keeping your back straight. i sweated even though i didnt really have to dash (opponent not good enough). need to find a way to recover quickly. maybe meditation will work lol.

| I've been too lazy to cook - instant/packaged food weakens me physically. Gotta start my chicken diet again so torn arm muscles will grow back so I can lift what I'm capable of lifting. Is there any fast and easy way to cook chicken or pork with minimum cutting other than steaming and lurouing?
